ข้อตกลงการใช้งาน (EULA)

1. การยอมรับข้อตกลง
เมื่อใช้แอป MakHot (หมากฮอส) คุณตกลงตามข้อตกลงนี้ ก่อนใช้โหมดออนไลน์ครั้งแรก (เข้าสู่ระบบ เพื่อน แชท เกมออนไลน์) แอปจะให้คุณอ่านและกด “ยอมรับและดำเนินการต่อ” ถ้าไม่ยอมรับ คุณยังเล่น 2 คนเครื่องเดียว และเล่นกับ AI ได้ตามปกติ แต่จะใช้โหมดออนไลน์ไม่ได้
ข้อตกลงนี้ใช้ร่วมกับ ข้อตกลงสัญญาอนุญาตผู้ใช้ปลายทางมาตรฐานของ Apple (Standard EULA) และ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
2. ไม่ยอมรับเนื้อหาไม่เหมาะสมและผู้ใช้ที่ก่อกวน โดยเด็ดขาด
MakHot ไม่ยอมรับ (zero tolerance) เนื้อหาไม่เหมาะสม หรือผู้ใช้ที่ก่อกวนผู้อื่น ห้ามส่ง แสดง หรือตั้งชื่อที่เป็น:
- คำหยาบ ด่าทอ ข่มขู่ คุกคาม กลั่นแกล้ง หรือสร้างความเกลียดชัง (เช่น เรื่องเชื้อชาติ ศาสนา เพศ ความพิการ)
- เนื้อหาทางเพศ อนาจาร หรือเนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวกับเด็กในทางไม่เหมาะสม
- ความรุนแรง การทำร้ายตัวเอง ยาเสพติด หรือสิ่งผิดกฎหมาย
- สแปม โฆษณา หลอกลวง ลิงก์อันตราย หรือขอข้อมูลส่วนตัว/เงินจากผู้อื่น
- การแอบอ้างเป็นผู้อื่น หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนตัวของผู้อื่น
- การโกงเกม ใช้ช่องโหว่ หรือพยายามเข้าถึงระบบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
3. การกรองเนื้อหาและความปลอดภัย
- แชทเฉพาะเพื่อน: ส่งข้อความได้เฉพาะคนที่ยอมรับเป็นเพื่อนกันแล้วเท่านั้น คนแปลกหน้าส่งข้อความหาคุณไม่ได้
- รายงานแล้วซ่อน: ข้อความที่คุณรายงานจะถูกซ่อนจากหน้าจอของคุณทันที
- บล็อก: เลิกเป็นเพื่อน ซ่อนแชท และอีกฝ่ายส่งข้อความ ชวนเล่น หรือขอเป็นเพื่อนคุณไม่ได้อีก (เลิกบล็อกได้ในหน้าเพื่อน)
- จำกัดความถี่: ระบบจำกัดจำนวนข้อความและคำขอเป็นเพื่อนต่อวัน เพื่อป้องกันสแปม
- ข้อความแชทลบอัตโนมัติประมาณ 30 วันหลังส่ง
4. การรายงาน
ถ้าเจอเนื้อหาหรือผู้ใช้ที่ไม่เหมาะสม:
- รายงานข้อความ: ในแชท กดค้างที่ข้อความ → “รายงานข้อความ”
- รายงานผู้ใช้ / บล็อก: ในแชท กดปุ่ม “…” มุมขวาบน → “รายงานผู้ใช้” หรือ “บล็อก” (รายงานได้จากหน้าเพื่อนด้วย)
- หรืออีเมลถึง chalermkiat.ph@gmail.com
ผู้พัฒนาตรวจสอบทุกรายงาน และจะดำเนินการ ภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง
5. การดำเนินการกับผู้ละเมิด
ถ้าพบว่าผู้ใช้ละเมิดข้อตกลงนี้ ผู้พัฒนาจะลบเนื้อหานั้น และอาจ ระงับ แบน หรือลบบัญชี ของผู้ใช้นั้นอย่างถาวร โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า และไม่คืนเหรียญหรือสถิติใด ๆ ในกรณีร้ายแรงหรือผิดกฎหมาย อาจส่งข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องให้เจ้าหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย
6. บัญชี
โหมดออนไลน์ใช้การเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Apple หรือ Google คุณต้องดูแลบัญชีของคุณเอง และรับผิดชอบสิ่งที่ส่งหรือทำผ่านบัญชีนั้น ชื่อที่แสดงต้องเหมาะสมตามข้อ 2 คุณลบบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อที่ ออนไลน์ → “ลบบัญชี”
7. เหรียญ
เหรียญได้ฟรีจากการเล่นและรางวัลรายวัน ไม่มีการซื้อในแอป เหรียญไม่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงิน แลก โอน หรือขายไม่ได้
8. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
แอปให้บริการ “ตามสภาพ” ผู้พัฒนาไม่รับประกันว่าระบบออนไลน์จะใช้งานได้ตลอดเวลาหรือไม่มีข้อผิดพลาด และอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือหยุดให้บริการบางส่วนได้ ผู้พัฒนาไม่รับผิดชอบต่อเนื้อหาที่ผู้ใช้คนอื่นส่ง แต่จะดำเนินการตามข้อ 4–5 เมื่อได้รับรายงาน
9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อตกลง
ข้อตกลงนี้อาจมีการปรับปรุง วันที่มีผลจะแสดงด้านบน ถ้าเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ แอปอาจขอให้คุณยอมรับใหม่ ข้อตกลงนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย

1. Acceptance
By using MakHot (หมากฮอส) you agree to these Terms. Before you use online mode for the first time (sign-in, friends, chat, online games), the app asks you to read these Terms and tap “Accept and continue” (ยอมรับและดำเนินการต่อ). If you do not accept, you can still play two players on one device and vs AI, but you cannot use online mode.
These Terms apply together with Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
MakHot has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not send, display or use as your name anything that is:
- profane, insulting, threatening, harassing, bullying or hateful (e.g. based on race, religion, gender or disability);
- sexual, pornographic, or sexualizing minors in any way;
- violent, promoting self-harm, drugs or anything illegal;
- spam, advertising, scams, harmful links, or requests for other people’s personal data or money;
- impersonation of others or disclosure of someone else’s personal information;
- cheating, exploiting bugs, or attempting unauthorized access to the service.
3. Filtering and safety
- Friends-only chat: you can only message people who have accepted your friend request. Strangers cannot message you.
- Report and hide: a message you report is immediately hidden from your screen.
- Block: removes the friendship, hides the chat, and the other player can no longer message you, invite you or send you friend requests (you can unblock on the Friends screen).
- Rate limits: daily limits on messages and friend requests prevent spam.
- Chat messages are deleted automatically about 30 days after they are sent.
4. Reporting
If you see objectionable content or an abusive user:
- Report a message: in a chat, long-press the message → “Report message” (รายงานข้อความ).
- Report / block a user: in a chat, tap “…” at the top right → “Report user” (รายงานผู้ใช้) or “Block” (บล็อก). You can also report from the Friends screen.
- Or email chalermkiat.ph@gmail.com.
The developer reviews every report and acts on it within 24 hours.
5. Action against violators
If a user violates these Terms, the developer will remove the offending content and may suspend, ban or permanently delete that user’s account without notice, with no refund of coins or stats. In serious or illegal cases, relevant information may be shared with law enforcement.
6. Your account
Online mode uses Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for your account and everything sent or done with it. Your display name must follow section 2. You can delete your account at any time in Online → “Delete account” (ลบบัญชี).
7. Coins
Coins are earned for free by playing and daily rewards; there are no in-app purchases. Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or sold.
8. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. The developer does not guarantee that online features will always be available or error-free, and may change or discontinue parts of the service. The developer is not responsible for content sent by other users, but will act on reports as described in sections 4–5.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated; the effective date is shown above. For significant changes the app may ask you to accept again. These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
